Believe it or not, the Burrito Kitchen you see today began as ‘The Burrito Van’ at the University of Birmingham... incredible!The man who started it all was obsessed with capturing Mexico's vibe and bringing it to the United Kingdom.He put his pintos on the line to get a handle on all the different types of food after a year of traveling throughout Mexico, sleeping in bus stations and learning the lingo.He worked in restaurants to learn about top chefs' passions.All of this is in order for us to get some sunshine on the go!
