Whatever you want to bring to therapy, I'm here to listen and help you explore it so you can gain the skills and understanding you need to overcome your obstacles and find a solution.As a psychotherapist, I have extensive experience and use a combination of evidence-based approaches, including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Therapy.I have a master's degree in integrative counseling and psychotherapy and am always looking to expand my knowledge and improve the service I provide.In addition, I belong to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).I've worked with a wide range of mental health issues and have had the pleasure of working with and supporting a diverse group of people.
