Arboretum Primary School is in Derby's Normanton neighborhood.We are delighted to be a member of the Derby Diocesan Academy Trust.In Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, we have 75 children per year group.In FS2, we have 25 reception students in each class.We have a mix of single year group and mixed year group classes in KS1 and KS2, with a class size of 30.We also have a 32-seat unit for two-year-olds and a 78-seat nursery that provides 15 hours of care per week to children aged three and four.The school first opened its doors in 1987, and between 2010 and 2012, it was expanded and completely renovated.In 2014, a new large extension was built to accommodate the growing number of students.
