Looking for a fun and exciting way to get in shape?Pole Fitness is a fantastic way to improve muscle tone, upper body strength, and core strength while also making new friends!We prefer to keep our class sizes small, with two people per pole and a maximum of eight people per class, so that we can tailor the content of our lessons to your specific needs and goals.All of our classes are mixed-level, and people of all ages, shapes, and sizes are welcome.There are no fitness requirements to begin pole and aerial fitness. Liam Tipping has been the owner of Aerial Impulse (formerly ProPole Fitness) since 2017, taking over from Chloe Davoile.ProPole Fitness is owned and operated by Liam, who is also the lead instructor.Since 2012, he has been pole dancing and instructing since 2015.Aerial hoop, silks, trapeze, and contortion are some of his other skills.
