PetCo Chester is one of Chester's oldest dog walking and pet care businesses.We provide safe, fun-filled dog walking, home boarding, and small animal care all over the city and are friendly, reliable, and flexible.Kevin Finegan owns and runs PetCo, which is based in the village of Eccleston, just outside Chester.Kevin is the primary caretaker and walker for all PetCo animals, but it's also a family affair, with his wife Helen and two sons Dennis and Billy helping to entertain and care for the dogs at home.
