We struggled to come up with a good name for our concept when we were working on opening our first restaurant and deli around the corner on New London Road.The term 'canteen' came naturally to mind, conjuring up images of a casual and relaxed eatery appealing to people of all ages and backgrounds.But something more personal was still missing, so we started thinking.
