Dylan Thomas Boathouse terrace offers wonderful views of the Taf estuary and the Gower beyond. It is the building most closely associated with him and the stability of a permanent home meant he enjoyed a creative renaissance. It has the Boathouse with its remarkable and inspiring views of three estuaries. The poet's former home is now a museum dedicated to his life, and work. The Boathouse tearoom with its locally sourced, the home-cooked menu provides a welcome respite for walkers tackling the newly launched Wales Coast Path. Also, offers a variety of light lunches, snacks and a range of drinks to the public. Guide dogs are allowed in the house.
