The New Curiosity restaurant is Daniel and Rachel Williams' first venture as a husband and wife team.Daniel has over twelve years of experience as a chef and has worked in a number of prestigious kitchens. He also appears on S4C's daytime show "Prynhawn Da" on a regular basis, giving cooking tips and demonstrations."Food is my first true passion, whether eating or cooking, and I consider myself extremely fortunate to live and work in an area with such an abundance of fresh, high-quality produce, from Towy River fish to fantastic Gower Salt Marsh Lamb. I truly believe that we must make the most of our fertile lands, and we make every effort to use these commodities."With baby changing facilities, high chairs, and a freshly prepared children's menu, we are child-friendly.
