We are now open for business!Llanishen, The Heath, Rhiwbina, Birchgrove, and Whitchurch are all getting HOT YOGA.Seren Yoga aims to open a yoga studio in North Cardiff where people can practice yoga safely on a regular basis.We have procedures in place to ensure that our clients are well cared for and that the environment is kept sanitary and clean at all times.We maintain a 2 meter distance between students at the studio, have smaller class sizes (only 6 students per class), and keep the windows and doors open during the session to allow air to circulate freely throughout the building.Our goal at Seren Yoga Cardiff is to explore the practice of yoga while keeping the needs of the students in mind.
