Canterbury Yoga is a lovely studio just a short walk from the city center of Canterbury.The studio was built fourteen years ago, and it focuses on state-of-the-art lighting, underfloor heating for warmth, and a multi-media system as a yoga studio.Canterbury Yoga has qualified and skilled yoga instructors who are suitable for beginners to advanced students.In a purpose-built studio, they offer yoga classes for all levels of ability.There is also the option of a one-on-one session.
