Canterbury Golf Club is opened on 160 acres of land leased from the War Office in 1927 for play and designed by the famous course architect Harry Colt. Their driving range features 23-bay covered facility outdoor teeing area, floodlights and high-quality Srixon balls protected by a 23-bay roof. The 18 hole course carries several areas given SSSI status by Natural England, and their resident PGA professionals offer group or individual coaching sessions and tutorials for families, business parties or juniors. The 18-hole course of sheer delight and difficulty that tests your skills but at the same time offers great reward opportunities for good shots or consistent play.
