This deeply painful experience was the gift that began my journey of healing and discovery, as well as my desire to train so that I could assist other women in navigating and transforming their own life challenges.My personal journey inspires me to share the power of nature to nurture and restore harmony, good health, and fertility with others on a daily basis.I am English, but after studying Chinese at Cambridge, I spent 20 years living abroad.I first moved to China, where I worked as a journalist before establishing and running a catering business.I lived in a way that destroyed my health for ten years in crazy, polluted, fun Beijing, but then I discovered the wonders of acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Tuina massage, and even Yoga (though strangely not Qigong at the time).
