Back in 2002, my husband and I sat in the basement of a tiny, tiny fisherman's cottage (now our Brighton restaurant!) and created our first Thai Tapas menu.We wanted to make Thai food that was simple, rustic, and fresh.We wanted to create a menu that people could eat at home.Mealtimes in Thailand are all about sharing a variety of dishes.We had no money, no idea what we were doing, a leaking roof, faulty wiring, and a mountain of laundry to the ceiling, but the menu was a huge success.Things have changed a little, but our popular Thai Tapas Sets are still available for lunch.We serve a variety of unique dishes in the evenings, as well as more unusual Thai flavor combinations.We hope you enjoy Giggling Squid and feel at ease in our amusing, quirky little restaurants - well, some of them aren't so small any longer, but our approach remains the same.We love hearing from our customers, so please leave us a comment online or visit us at your local restaurant.
