Wasabi's journey began in 2003, when we opened our first location on the Embankment in London.Kim, a fresh food market vendor in Camden, wanted to share his passion for fresh, genuine, handcrafted Japanese sushi and bento with'sandwich-loving' Londoners, and he knew they'd go crazy for it.Wasabi served sushi, sashimi, California rolls, and authentic Japanese cuisine in a bright, clean, contemporary Japanese style that quickly became popular with hungry Londoners looking for something new, different, and healthy for lunch.
