Excellent service!Philip was always on time; he said something in the middle of the day, and at 12 o'clock, there was a knock at the door.Very courteous gentleman, very respectful of the property, and well priced.If I'm being honest, he should probably charge more.Quality work, cleaned up any messes, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived.It didn't take long at all.I would highly recommend him to anyone, and I will be looking to hire him again in the future.Excellent work.
