After years of hating gyms and making little progress, I've finally found a place where I enjoy going and have been for the past two and a half years!The Treadmill's Cathy, Mitch, and the rest of the staff are fantastic, and the progress I've made since starting there has been life-changing.A fantastic gym run by a family.The atmosphere is pleasant, and the members and staff are all pleasant.Your monthly membership includes all of the gym's equipment, as well as classes every night.Strongly suggested.Thanks to its fantastic owners, it's one of those clubs where you can work out without feeling intimidated.For the first time in my life, I enjoy going to the gym and appreciate the atmosphere here.I particularly enjoy two of the evening classes, abs and circuit, in which we all end up laughing while working our butts off!!
