Tom's Cakes' offers hand-made and baked in small batches in their Cambridgeshire bakery. Their eggs are free-range from local farms, flour is milled in Essex and their vegetables are from the Fens and fruit is from local farmers and their lavender is from Norfolk. They take the provenance of their ingredients exceedingly serious. Their cake makers also produce a scrumptious range of handmade biscuits. They are proud to serve coffee from the Monmouth Coffee Company, named as one of the leading roasters and retailers in the country.
