A well-known, welcoming, and professionally run dance studio.The Betty Chappelle Dance Centre has been nurturing and developing young people's potential for many years. We cater for all ages and abilities from 3 years to adults in all aspects of theatre dance.We not only provide high-quality performances, but we also ensure that each of our students gets the most out of their experience by helping them develop life skills and confidence while having a great time and making new friends.Some of our students see dance as a way to enrich their lives, while others have pursued careers in the performing arts and advanced to become professional dancers; regardless of their goals or abilities, we strive to teach to professional standards.All of our fully qualified instructors have extensive teaching experience, having performed in West End shows, UK and international tours, commercial pop videos, film, and television.The International Dance Teachers Association has certified them all.We provide instruction in the major subjects of Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Street Jazz, Musical Theatre, Gymnastics, and Teacher Training for students of all ages and levels. While exams are not required, I.D.T.A examinations are available to students and help to monitor progress and maintain high standards in our classes.All of our students have the opportunity to perform in shows where they can hone their acting and stagecraft skills.
