Santosha Yoga is dedicated to providing all people with the physical, mental, and spiritual tools they need to be healthy.Andrea Radhika has been teaching yoga since 2001, and she loves to mentor and develop new teachers through workshops and courses.Andrea is a Level 2 Yin yoga teacher with Insight yoga, as well as an Advanced Jivamukti accredited teacher and a mentor on the Jivamukti teacher training. She is also a 500hr Senior yoga alliance teacher and a mentor on the Jivamukti teacher training.She's also a certified Restorative Yoga instructor.The mission of Santosha Yoga is to inspire, connect, educate, and connect ancient philosophy and yoga in the world around us.
