My name is Peter Mercer, and I earned my ADI certification in 2004.After that, I worked for the AA Driving School for 12 years before becoming self-employed in 2016.I'm based in Wokingham, Berkshire, and I serve the surrounding areas of Wokingham, Bracknell, Crowthorne, and Sandhurst.I've been married since 1981 and have three grown children who all went to Wokingham schools.I was a governor at a local secondary school for 14 years, serving as Chair of Governors for three of those years, as a way of giving back to the community.For many years, I was a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) and subscribed to the concept of continuous professional development (CPD), attending numerous courses and seminars to improve my skills.
