Tak Ho, a chef in oriental restaurants for over 20 years, wanted to bring a new Asian fusion concept to Bournemouth.He created a new dining experience that allows you to create your own noodle meal with thousands of possible combinations, all served fresh and quickly.With new partners, Noodle Bar has been rebranded Nuudle Bar and is embarking on a national expansion with its NEW takeaway format. We hope to spread the Nuudle Bar message of Good Food Fast across the country.
