The facility has a big free weights area, boot camps, and boxing. The gym includes a sprint/sledge track, luxurious locker rooms, and men's and women's saunas. In their stunning, fully-equipped exercise studio and spin studio, they have personal trainers who bring every level to life at no additional cost. Parking is free for two hours at JD Gyms.
