We've been in operation for over four years and are Falkirk's only CrossFit Box.Regardless of their current level of physical activity, our goal is to create a broad, general, and inclusive fitness for everyone.We're a friendly bunch with low-cost memberships and a desire to motivate.All of our workouts can be tailored to fit any fitness level.Please see our schedule for more information.Everyone is welcome in our Box.Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions or would like to schedule a visit.Gordon, our Head Coach and Owner, holds the CF-L1 and CF-L2 certifications, as well as additional gymnastics, powerlifting, and strongman credentials.Cariss holds certifications in CrossFit Kids & Teens, CF-L1, Kettlebell Coaching, and L2 Gym Instructor.Cariss is now enrolled in the Level 4 Nutrition Coaching program at BTN Academy.
