Blackburn Central Library is one of England's most extensive libraries, with three floors open to the public, all fully accessible through ramps and two lifts. Several organisations and programs have used the Hot Desk facility to provide the community with support, advice, and information. The children's library has wholly redesigned with new access to computers, research support/class visits meeting rooms, and a creche. Hot drinks and snacks are available as your refreshment.
