Since 2011, Atha Developments has specialized in student and family housing development.The main goal of Atha Developments is to become the largest private provider of luxury student housing for Teesside University.We had to start at the bottom and work our way up to where we are now in order to achieve our objectives.It's been an incredible journey from dropping out of university after only two weeks (sorry, parents) to living in a caravan and learning the fundamental building skills we'll need to begin our property development career.There have been many ups and downs, but we believe we have learned a lot in the last 9 years thanks to a lot of help and a great team.Please take the time to read our story, and we hope you enjoy it.
