In an elevated mid-century-inspired space, Pasture serves upscale steakhouse fare with craft cocktails and a full bar.They prefer beef from ranches in the southwest, where everything is raised on pasture.Every service includes fresh steaks cut by their in-house butchers.All of their steaks are dry aged for at least 35 days before being cooked over charcoal and served with your choice of sauce.Most of their dishes can be modified to accommodate any food allergies.They serve delicious food at a reasonable price.Their 'House Cuts,' which vary in weight and are served with a choice of two sauces and sides, are cut fresh every day.House Cuts are larger steaks designed to be shared.
