The Apple is a family-owned and operated traditional pub in the Welsh Back area of Bristol, United Kingdom.The pub offers a wide selection of finely brewed ciders and perries, as well as some truly exceptional beers, wines, and spirits.The pub is located in the heart of Bristol's Old City, in a beautifully converted Dutch barge.The pub was awarded the title of "Best Cider Pub in the UK" in September 2014.The Apple sells about 40 different ciders and cider-related beverages, including their own 8.4% ABV strong cider, "Old Bristolian."The pub also offers a variety of specials, including their own creations of apple and cider-based cocktails, as well as reviving traditional English classics such as Apples and Pears and Tractor Fuel.
