Pizza Workshop is a locally owned and operated pizza restaurant and takeaway with two locations in Bristol's Southville and Clifton neighborhoods.Pizza Workshop serves ten classic sourdough pizzas and one or two specials to eat in, take out, or have delivered from its small but lovely spaces.Our pizzas take a lot of time and effort to make.They're made with a 100% sourdough base and no added yeast, and they're slowly risen for 30 hours, yielding a light and delicious dough.Each one is topped with a homemade tomato sauce made with the finest San Marzano tomatoes, Italian cheeses, and extra virgin olive oil.
