Owen-Powell are a boutique, highly versatile practice of architects and chartered surveyors based in Brighton, and working throughout London and the South East.Originally founded in 1976 as Owen Powell Architects, but with roots as a family firm dating back to the 1930s, our practice has been established for over 40 years, becoming a full service surveying firm in 2000. We are now an RICS Regulated practice, ensuring we work to the very highest standards. All of our professional staff are Chartered members of either the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), ensuring we work to the very highest standards.
