Carden is a welcoming, inclusive, and friendly school.They take pride in creating a positive learning environment in which each student can reach their full potential.To help children develop as effective life-long learners, the School believes that the learning process should be made explicit to them.Each term, Carden's Senior Leadership Team creates a School Development Plan, which is an improvement plan.The plan focuses on any areas of the curriculum, learning environment, teaching, and school administration that can be improved, as well as any Ofsted targets.Carden is honored to have received the Sanctuary by the Sea team's School of Sanctuary Award.
