My sister and I have wanted to own our own nursery for as long as we can remember, and now, after years of searching and a great deal of help, our dream has come true in the form of Charley Barleys.We believe we make the ideal team and intend to be very hands-on, with Cassie having a business degree and strong administrative skills and me having worked in and managed nurseries in and around Brighton & Hove for the past 12 years.I've had the pleasure of working in some fantastic nurseries throughout my career, and it's this experience that I'm hoping will allow me to incorporate all of their best qualities into our new nursery.While we will work hard to grow as a company, our passion is for children, and their education and well-being will always come first.We believe that providing a "home away from home" environment is essential, and that children learn best in welcoming and secure environments.To achieve this, we will only hire the best people who will be constantly trained to keep it that way.We believe that children have a voice and that they learn by exploring their surroundings and materials.Charley Barleys will provide the children with the opportunity to do so through a variety of activities and daily routines.We've put a lot of money into both our indoor and outdoor spaces, and they're both bright and airy, allowing the kids to explore all of the different areas available.We hope to establish a positive relationship with the community and to establish a solid reputation for excellence, which will be backed up by an outstanding OFSTED rating in the future.We are excited to meet all of the children and families who are interested in joining us at Charley Barleys.
