In 2015/6, I attended The School of Natural Therapies in London to study Sports and Remedial Massage (L5).Since then, I've completed short courses in Thai Massage and Ayurvedic Massage in Chaing Mai and Rishikesh, respectively.I received training in foot acupressure massage, pre- and post-natal massage, and pain management in the United Kingdom.Massage does not require subcategories or special headings for me; it is wonderful without assigning 'types,' and each session combines my skills and knowledge.I am a holistic thinker who is fascinated by scientific approaches to massage and bodywork, incorporating current understandings of research, evidence, and pain science into my work.
