Vamos Paella set up Melissa in 2011 they wanted to become a paella caterer in the UK after years of living and travelling in Spain. All the guests were overflowing with gratitude, not just for the three excellent paellas, but also for the helpful and friendly Kathryn and Luis. Their ethos is simple: to use the finest, fresh produce from local ethical suppliers: free-range family-run butcher chickens and their coastal seafood. The caterers cover Sussex, Surrey, London, Hampshire, Kent, Middlesex, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and Devon.
