Lucy Cleary's yoga programs and yoga therapy are covered by Light Up Your Life Yoga.They offer a calming yoga class in the morning, midday, and evening to help the mind and body relax.They'll work on stretching the muscles and relieving tension in the spine, as well as strengthening the upper back muscles that are essential for good posture.To deal with a variety of health issues, the studio offers one-on-one counseling sessions as well as group therapy classes.All classes are appropriate for beginners, and each class begins with some gentle movements that warm up the muscles and make stretching easier.
