DUKE OF YORK

description

The problem with the Duke's history is that no one can agree on what is true, and we are not here to help. The only way to truly understand what it's like is to come and see for yourself. The Duke has been owned by Willie Jack since the early 1980s, but it already had a distinct Northern Irish personality.Terrorists were planning to bomb the High Court but came to a security checkpoint and bolted up the alleyway to get away, so it was blown up in 1972.The bomb went off too soon, leveling the pub.It wasn't specifically targeted, but it needed to be rebuilt.
