YOGADOO is a multi-award-winning yoga and meditation studio.Lucy Aston, who is a qualified UK Yoga Alliance and RKY Yoga Instructor, founded it.Lucy has been practicing yoga for 20 years and is a Paediatric First Aider with a DBS record and a Safeguarding Children course completion.Lucy teaches classes to children and teenagers ages 1 to 16, as well as adults.YOGADOO encourages kids and teens to practice yoga and mindfulness while having fun, and they can feel the benefits right away.Adult and children's yoga teachers are available for brands working on events and launches across the country, including BBC Studios.
