My name is Emma Marcello, and I have worked in NHS hospitals in neurological rehabilitation, community rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and women's health since completing my physiotherapy training in Italy, Belgium, and England.I then began training with Douglas Heel of Be Activated, which completely transformed my understanding of how the human body functions.It improved the efficiency and enjoyment of my work!I established a private practice based on this concept and muscle activation techniques.I spent two years in Chennai, India, practicing physiotherapy, volunteering at a school for children with Cerebral Palsy (and having a baby! ), and training as a yoga teacher, which I continue to practice and integrate.
