The EVOO story began when Jaz Boparai (owner of Chilli and Grille in Barnsley) went on vacation with his family to Salerno, Italy.He was so taken with the flavor of authentic Neapolitan pizza that he hired the chefs to make their incredible pizzas right here in Barnsley!It all starts with the matured flour used to ensure a light and fluffy base, which is then topped with luscious San Marzano tomatoes that can only be found on the volcanic planes surrounding Mount Vesuvius.Our special cheese (Fior De Latte or Mozzarella Di Bufala) is sourced and delivered weekly from Campania.Your pizza is then cooked to perfection in a world-famous Stefano Ferrara of Naples' authentic Wood Fired oven.The result is, quite simply, Yorkshire's best pizza.
