In 2001, I decided to give Yoga a try because of my stiff body and cluttered mind, and I've been hooked ever since.The advantages are numerous, and they have helped me both physically and mentally.Teacher training provided a solid understanding of this ancient practice, but as my own practice grows and I continue to learn, my focus and style has shifted to more accessible, functional movement.We were created to move, and my goal is to teach a better understanding of how well our bodies can move when we let them.My teaching emphasizes giving people the opportunity to tune in and move with purpose and awareness.
