V-Yoga is pleased to welcome you.Verity: My first yoga class was 17 years ago, when I thought it would be a good complement to my marathon training.I quickly realized it was much more than a "good stretch," and I fell in love with it.Yoga is all about bringing the body, mind, and breath together.It makes me feel energized, happy, and calm, and it makes me more capable of dealing with life off the mat.In 2018, I decided to take my love of yoga to the next level and completed a 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) course.Since then, I've earned certifications in Vinyasa yoga, Teen yoga, and Yin yoga.I've always been fascinated by health and well-being.I'm a registered nurse who earned a level 3 personal training certification in 2008 and enjoy sharing my passion for fitness with clients of all fitness levels.I'm an avid runner who has competed in numerous marathons and ultramarathons.
